With more than a decade of experience in commercial and residential architecture, Chris Laraway of C. Laraway Designs, established Diamond Ridge Construction, Inc. in 1999 with the guiding philosophy that “Brilliance is in the Details.”

An Idaho resident for over 17 years and educated at the University of Idaho, Chris holds a degree in Architecture with minors in Natural Day-Lighting and Passive Solar Applications. His extensive involvement in project management has given him a critical eye for detail, which reflects in his work.

Diamond Ridge Construction has been involved in a variety of projects, including custom homes, remodels, commercial projects, and even a large-scale historic home rehabilitation on Harrison Boulevard.

As an additional service, Diamond Ridge Construction offers an in-house interior designer. Kristin Pond received her degree in Interior Design, with a minor in Architecture, from the University of Idaho. She works along side of Chris throughout each project, assisting with programming and space planning. For an additional design fee, she is also available for all finish material and furnishing selections. All clients are free to utilize her services for minor color decisions, space planning, and floor plan issues.

For outstanding sit management, Diamond Ridge is lucky to have “Super” Superintendent Matt Garner. Matt gets the job done right and on time. He is always willing to discuss issues and concerns of clients and has the knowledge and experience to see all projects have the desired outcome.
