Communication
Interaction is the key to customer satisfaction. Extensive review of the plans in the design stage, improvements made to plans each time the home is constructed, and a thorough pre-construction meeting with the buyers helps ensure that everything is acceptable and that all questions are answered. Once construction begins, cell phones help us keep in contact with those involved in the building process. If questions arise, the builder can immediately contact the homebuyer and take care of things immediately. By listening to, and understanding your needs and desires, and keeping you informed, we make the experience of building a home more rewarding. We Make It Easy
Building a home is complicated; coordinating subcontractors, obtaining permits, following local codes and ordinances, selecting materials and components. Schroeder Enterprises believes that building a new home should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. From the first pre-construction planning meeting to the final walk through, we work hard to make the process as easy for you as possible.

Team Approach
Our individually selected suppliers and subcontractors are an integral part of why Schroeder Enterprises is successful. Each subcontractor and/or supplier was selected for their quality and reliability. We maintain long-term relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers, and our affiliation with some began in the early 1980’s. They understand and recognize the importance of quality workmanship and follow-through on every job. From pouring the foundation of the house, to placing the final trim, our team of professional subcontractors and suppliers is committed to doing the job right!
